FAQ'S REGARDING WHOLESALE PRICING

1~What is wholesale pricing?
       Wholesale pricing is special prices for dealers on all antiques, Green Oak workshop items, garden iron and back porch items.

2~How do I get Wholesale Pricing?
       Provide a valid tax id number; purchase a minimum number of items (5-10)

3~How can I pay for my wholeale purchases?
      Cash, check or credit  card.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.  No penalty for using credit cards.

4~Do you offer credit or layaway plans?
      We do not offer credit or layaway plans.  Everything is cash and carry.  Large items that have been paid for can be left in our store for a  few weeks.

5~Can you provide driving directions to your store?
     We have included a map on this page for your convenience.  We are located 100 miles North of Indianapolis and 45 miles South of South Bend on US 31.  Our shop is 1/4 mile off of US 31 on CR 300 S.  Watch for our sign at 300 S.  Our GPS coordinates are: 41.00975542/86.1637304.  If you have any questions on how to get here, please email or call us at the number listed below. 

6~What types of items do you carry?
     We always have lots of great items all available at wholesale pricing:  Shabby & Cottage furniture, Indiana antiques in the rough, cabinets, tables, doors, windows, shutters, old tin, new tin, garden iron. We have 10,000 square feet of merchandise. Come see us!
